How BarbrFlow connects

BarbrFlow uses Meta's official Embedded Signup to connect your business number to the WhatsApp Business Platform. The receptionist then uses your services, staff, calendar and policies when responding.

If you already use the Business app, check whether Meta offers the Coexistence route for your number during signup. Do not assume that every number or account qualifies automatically.

What happens to existing chats?

With Coexistence, your existing Business app remains the place for existing conversations. Which data becomes available to connected software depends on Meta's route and current rules. Back up your app according to WhatsApp's instructions and check the result on your phone before connecting.

If Coexistence is unavailable, confirm the migration steps for your specific number first. Do not remove the app or number based on a generic guide.

Who pays for messages?

The Business app and Platform are separate products. With BarbrFlow, regular Meta message charges and AI processing are included in €249 per month per business, excluding VAT, for regular use. An optional extra dashboard login costs €20 per month, excluding VAT.

Deposits go to your own Mollie or Stripe account; your payment provider charges its own transaction fees.

Not necessarily. Your existing business number can be connected through Meta. Continuing to use the app on the same number depends on Coexistence availability for your account.

Do I need a Meta business login?+

Embedded Signup requires suitable access to your Meta business account. Check who administers that account before starting.

Can I still reply myself?+

Yes. BarbrFlow lets you review and take over conversations. Keeping the Business app active on that number requires an eligible Meta connection route.
