Stay visible when a regular client has been away too long.

BarbrFlow helps identify clients who have passed their usual visit rhythm without making a new appointment. You can invite them back at a controlled time, but only when marketing consent is recorded.

How it works

A win-back message based on client behaviour

Clients do not all have the same visit rhythm. One returns every three weeks, another after two months. BarbrFlow uses the appointment history available inside your salon to find clients who are later than expected and have no new booking.

You decide whether the function is active and which boundaries apply. Messages are sent during controlled daytime hours and remain recognisable as communication from your business. A reply can continue into the normal booking journey.

  • Only with recorded marketing consent
  • Select clients without a future appointment
  • Send at controlled times
  • Offer a clear and immediate opt-out

The AI uses relevant client context

When a client replies ‘the same as last time’, BarbrFlow can use relevant previous preferences and conversation history within your salon. The return message can therefore continue as normal service rather than a disconnected campaign.

Client data remains separated per business. The salon is responsible for consent and can update or delete client data and marketing preferences.

Clear before you start.

Does BarbrFlow send marketing messages without permission?+

No. Win-back messages are only used when the salon enables the function and recorded marketing consent exists for that client.

What happens when someone replies STOP?+

Marketing consent is withdrawn and that client receives no further win-back messages through this function.

Can the client book immediately?+

Yes. The same WhatsApp receptionist can search suitable times and confirm the new appointment.
