What is included in the €249?

Everything you need to let clients book through WhatsApp. You pay per business, not per message or per appointment.

  • The AI receptionist on your own business WhatsApp number, day and night
  • Booking, rescheduling and cancelling within your rules
  • A calendar per staff member, reminders before every appointment and a smart waitlist
  • Online deposits (for example with iDEAL or card) into your own Mollie or Stripe account
  • A dashboard with occupancy, revenue and no-shows per staff member
  • AI processing and Meta’s regular WhatsApp message charges for regular use

What do you pay separately?

If a staff member needs their own access to the dashboard, an extra login costs €20 per month, excluding VAT. That is optional.

Deposits go straight into your own Mollie or Stripe account. BarbrFlow takes no cut. Your payment provider does charge its own transaction fees.

Worked example: when does it pay for itself?

With a €35 haircut, €249 a month is just over seven haircuts. Whether that works out for you depends on your own business: how many messages you now answer hours later, how many clients book somewhere else in the meantime and how many slots stay empty because of no-shows. On the homepage you can calculate it with your own numbers.

No surprise bills

For regular use, BarbrFlow does not send you a separate bill for AI usage or WhatsApp messages. You know in advance what you pay each month, even in a busy month.

Can I stop at any time?+

Yes. The subscription is billed monthly, with no annual contract and no notice period. The first 14 days are free.
